About the role

The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) is seeking an Intermediate Security Systems Technician – Low Voltage to join its Information Systems & Security (ISS) department in Little Rock. The position supports the university’s security infrastructure by working with low‑voltage security systems.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of low‑voltage security systems.
• Support day‑to‑day operations of security equipment and ensure system reliability.
• Collaborate with the ISS team to address technical issues and improve system performance.

Required profile

• Current University of Arkansas System employee, student employee, or graduate assistant eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to log in to Workday via MyApps.Microsoft.com to manage the application process.
