Intermediate Architect – Residential Projects

About the role

Patino Architecture is seeking a motivated architect to join its high‑end residential practice in New York. You will be immediately involved in fast‑moving projects, contributing to every stage of the design‑build process.

Key responsibilities

• Develop conceptual and detailed designs for ground‑up and renovation residential projects.
• Produce construction documents using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Manage construction administration, site observations, and coordination with engineers and consultants.
• Prepare pricing estimates and assist with project budgeting.
• Collaborate closely with interior designers, contractors, and the internal team.

Required profile

• 5+ years of post‑graduate architectural experience.
• Positive, easy‑going attitude with a strong drive to get things done.
• Excellent project management, organization, and written communication skills.
• Passion for high‑quality residential work, both new construction and renovations.
• Team‑oriented mindset and willingness to contribute to a collaborative environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Revit.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with other design‑related software.
