Intermediate Architect / Designer

About the role

Leroy Street Studio is seeking an Intermediate Architect / Designer to contribute to the design, production, and administration of residential and municipal projects from concept through construction. The role involves collaborating within a holistic practice that blends architecture, interior design, and construction management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop design concepts and detailed documentation for single‑family residential and public projects.
• Produce construction documents and coordinate BIM workflows throughout all project phases.
• Manage project administration, including coordination with consultants and construction teams.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams in an open‑office environment.

Required profile

• Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch).
• 4–8 years of post‑graduate professional experience, preferably in single‑family residential design.
• Strong design, research, technical, and detailing abilities.
• Leadership potential and excellent communication skills.

• SketchUp
• Adobe Creative Suite
• BIM production workflows
• ArchiCAD (a plus)
