Intermediate Architect / Designer

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Intermediate Architect/Designer to join our Los Angeles studio. The role involves collaborating on residential and commercial projects, producing detailed construction documents, and contributing to the firm’s innovative design approach.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate construction documents across all design phases.
• Create detailed architectural details and explore new detailing solutions.
• Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure design intent is realized.
• Utilize SketchUp, Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite to produce high‑quality design deliverables.
• Support project teams in managing multiple assignments and meeting project schedules.

Required profile

• 4‑7 years of professional architectural experience.
• Professional degree in architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch).
• U.S. citizenship or permanent residency and Los Angeles residency.
• Strong organizational, communication, and coordination abilities.
• Proactive, flexible, and able to work effectively within a team.
