Interior Maintenance Project Manager

About the role

Berry Companies is seeking a hands‑on Interior Maintenance Project Manager to oversee daily maintenance operations across resort units, common areas, and related properties at Attitash Village in Bartlett, NH. The role combines leadership, project coordination, and technical expertise to ensure the resort meets its high standards of safety, quality, and guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, train, schedule, and support the Interior Maintenance team.
• Manage work orders, preventative maintenance, and emergency repairs.
• Oversee renovation, repair, and maintenance projects from estimate through completion.
• Coordinate vendors, contractors, purchasing, project costs, and budgets.
• Communicate effectively with guests, owners, HOAs, and internal departments.
• Ensure quality workmanship, safety, accountability, and adherence to resort standards.
• Provide weekend, holiday, and on‑call support as needed.

Required profile

• 5+ years of leadership experience in facilities, property maintenance, construction, hospitality, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of carpentry, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and building systems.
• Experience managing projects, budgets, schedules, vendors, and job costs.
• Proven leadership, communication, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Valid driver’s license.
