Interior Designer – Mid‑Level (South Florida)

About the role

We are seeking a talented Interior Designer to join our collaborative studio in South Florida. The role involves working closely with colleagues and clients to develop innovative design solutions across all project phases, from concept through construction administration.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design development and production of construction documentation using Revit.
• Source and select FF&E items, ensuring alignment with project budgets and client aesthetics.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients to manage project timelines and deliverables.
• Prepare detailed construction administration documents and oversee on‑site implementation.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to studio knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture.
• Minimum three years of professional interior design experience.
• Strong understanding of commercial code, regulatory requirements, and project fee structures.
• Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork abilities.
• Registered or pursuing registration preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Revit for design and documentation.
• Experience with SketchUp and Adobe Suite for modeling, rendering, and visualization.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
