Interior Architect/Designer (Residential)

About the role

Woodhull’s Studio is seeking an Interior Architect/Designer to join its award‑winning team. You will work closely with architects, millwork specialists and project managers to create cohesive interior environments that complement the building’s architecture and landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Produce and present working drawings, presentations and renderings for interior proposals.
• Develop site‑specific interior concepts throughout all design phases, from concept to construction administration.
• Select and specify interior materials, finishes, fixtures, furnishings and lighting.
• Collaborate with the architecture and millwork teams on design integration.
• Liaise with external contractors, mechanical and structural consultants on interior architecture matters.
• Coordinate with in‑house or external construction project managers.
• Create and maintain organized systems for sample material storage.

Required profile

• Degree from an accredited Architecture or Interior Design program.
• 3‑5 + years of professional experience in residential interior architecture/design with a strong portfolio.
• Demonstrated interest in how interior design interacts with overall architectural vision.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Revit.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Professional‑level technical drawing and rendering capabilities.
