Interim Resident Services Coordinator (Vora Mission Valley East)

About the role

The Resident Services Coordinator provides front‑line customer service to prospective and current tenants while supporting property staff in delivering a high‑quality living experience. This interim position works on‑site at the Vora Mission Valley East community, handling resident inquiries, activities, and day‑to‑day operations.

Key responsibilities

• Orient new residents, assist with utility set‑up, and manage package deliveries and claims.
• Create and publish the property newsletter featuring events, services, and advertisements.
• Resolve resident issues such as neighbor disputes, maintenance requests, and general inquiries.
• Prepare incident reports related to resident matters in line with company standards.
• Schedule and manage clubhouse or activity‑center rentals, maintain contracts, and collect fees.
• Maintain guest suites and provide additional amenities like movies, books, and games.
• Process maintenance work orders, follow up with residents, and compile weekly maintenance reports.
• Inspect buildings and grounds for safety and cleanliness, reporting repair needs to maintenance staff.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of customer service or resident‑handling experience.
• Availability Thursday‑Monday, including weekends, with typical hours 9 am‑6 pm.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods.

Required skills

• Experience with Yardi, Rent Cafe, CRM, or Happy Co platforms (preferred).
