Inter-City Fleet Driver (Part-Time)

About the role

Avis Budget Group is hiring immediately for a part-time inter-city fleet driver in Louisville, Kentucky. The driver moves rental vehicles between locations, including rental sites, maintenance facilities and other lots, so that cars are available where customers need them. The work is safety-focused and independent, and the position requires regular, on-site presence.

Key responsibilities

• Drive rental vehicles between locations, to and from rental sites, maintenance facilities and other designated lots according to operational needs.
• Transport vehicles safely and efficiently so they are available where they are needed most.
• Follow established driving standards and safety procedures.

Required profile

• Valid driver's license.
• Flexibility to work all shifts; the position is part-time.
• Comfortable driving a variety of vehicles in all weather conditions.
• Able to enter and exit vehicles frequently, sit for extended periods, stand up and stay active during a shift.
• Must be 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• On-site presence required; the position cannot be done remotely.
