Inter-City Fleet Driver (Part-Time)

About the role

Avis Budget Group is hiring immediately for a part-time inter-city fleet driver in Louisiana. You will transport rental vehicles between locations, including rental sites, maintenance facilities and other lots, so that cars are available where customers need them. The work is safety-focused and independent, and you must be present on site regularly.

Key responsibilities

• Drive rental vehicles between locations, to and from rental sites, maintenance facilities and other designated lots according to operational needs.
• Follow established driving standards and safety procedures.
• Keep vehicles moving safely and efficiently so they are available when needed.

Required profile

• Valid driver's license.
• Flexibility to work all shifts; the position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be done remotely.
• Comfortable driving a variety of vehicles in all weather conditions.
• Able to enter and exit vehicles frequently, sit for long periods, stand up and stay active during a shift.
• Must be 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
