About the role
The International Rescue Committee is seeking an Intensive Case Management (ICM) Caseworker to support vulnerable refugees, asylees, and other ORR‑eligible populations. Founded in 1933 at the call of Albert Einstein, the IRC operates in more than 40 countries and 29 U.S. cities, delivering lasting impact to people affected by conflict and disaster. In this role you will help individuals overcome barriers to safety and wellness, contributing to the IRC’s mission of restoring health, safety, education, and economic wellbeing in humanitarian crises.
Key responsibilities
- Provide intensive case management services to especially vulnerable refugees, asylees, and ORR‑eligible individuals.
- Identify and address barriers that affect safety and overall wellness.
