Intelligence Analyst

About the role

Pinkerton is seeking an Intelligence Analyst to join a client’s Global Security Information Center (GSIC). The analyst will monitor worldwide events in real‑time, assess potential impacts on personnel, assets, and reputation, and deliver timely threat notifications.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor global risks such as natural disasters, security incidents, terrorist events, and geopolitical developments using internal and external sources.
• Analyze incidents to determine scope, potential business impact, and relevance to the client’s operations.
• Provide accurate, timely alerts and generate analytical reports for leadership and security teams.
• Interact with client leadership, Global Security members, and business unit representatives to exchange critical situation information.
• Research emerging threats, collect and share data to support investigations and security operations.
• Maintain and update systems and data within the Global Security Information Center.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in international political science or a related field.
• At least one year of experience as an Intelligence Analyst in a GSOC or similar environment.
• Knowledge of investigative, emergency response, security, and geopolitical assessment processes.
• Understanding of travel risk management and contingency‑planning procedures (preferred).
• Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and curiosity about current events.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work across diverse cultures.
