Integration Director

About the role

We are partnering with a fast‑growing global consumer brand to find an Integration Director who will lead a mature MuleSoft‑based integration platform through a major enterprise transformation. The role sits at the crossroads of architecture, operational excellence, and strategic delivery, supporting a SAP S/4HANA migration and a suite of e‑commerce and data‑lake initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a distributed team of 5+ architects, senior developers, and developers across on‑shore and off‑shore locations.
• Own the stability, reliability, and performance of integration pipelines spanning e‑commerce, ERP, data lake, and enterprise applications.
• Define and enforce SLAs, KPIs, and operational frameworks with Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, and Operations stakeholders.
• Manage the integration project portfolio from intake through delivery, including licensing, contractor, and MSP spend.
• Drive cost optimisation and vendor governance for integration tooling.
• Lead integration workstreams for the SAP S/4HANA migration and shape the long‑term integration roadmap (2027‑2028 horizon).

Required profile

• 8+ years of enterprise integration experience, with at least 3 years leading integration teams.
• Deep knowledge of integration architecture patterns, API design, and middleware platforms.
• Hands‑on experience with MuleSoft (or comparable platforms such as Boomi or Informatica).
• Proven ERP integration experience with SAP S/4HANA (or NetSuite) and familiarity with e‑commerce platforms like Shopify and Amazon.
• Track record of building operational structures (SLAs, metrics) without unnecessary bureaucracy.
• Experience managing offshore/distributed teams and vendor relationships.
• Strong executive communication skills, able to operate at both technical and board‑room levels.

• Base salary up to $225,000 per year
