Integrated Marketing Manager

About the role

Helmut Lang is seeking an experienced Integrated Marketing Manager to join its Marketing & PR team. The role will drive brand‑building initiatives, oversee large‑scale photoshoots, and coordinate cross‑functional campaigns that reinforce the brand’s minimalist, utilitarian aesthetic.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage the marketing calendar, ensuring timely campaign launches.
• Collaborate with e‑commerce, merchandising, and other departments to align product marketing initiatives.
• Design and execute artist partnerships, activations, and related contracts.
• Track campaign performance and work with digital teams to assess effectiveness.
• Lead project management for brand campaigns, digital initiatives, and all marketing photoshoot productions.
• Oversee budgeting for creative services, negotiate rates, and coordinate with finance.
• Manage end‑to‑end photoshoot logistics, including talent, crew, locations, and vendor payments.
• Coordinate with legal, procurement, and internal creative teams to secure approvals and ensure compliance.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing integrated marketing campaigns in a fashion or luxury environment.
• Strong project‑management skills with a track record of delivering on‑time, on‑budget productions.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and influence stakeholders across departments.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail throughout the creative process.
