Insurance Tax Senior Associate

About the role

As an Insurance Tax Senior Associate you will advise clients on tax planning, compliance and strategy, helping them navigate complex tax regulations and optimise their tax positions. You will work within PwC’s Tax practice, focusing on validating compliance, reviewing financial data and preparing tax returns.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze financial data to prepare and file accurate tax returns for clients.
• Review and validate compliance with tax laws and regulations to minimise risk.
• Collaborate with clients to provide strategic tax planning and guidance.
• Draft and prepare tax documents to support client compliance and planning efforts.
• Monitor financial trends to identify opportunities for tax optimisation.
• Uphold professional and technical standards in line with firm guidelines.
• Develop meaningful client connections to anticipate their needs.
• Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills.

Required profile

• At least a Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Eligibility to sit for the CPA exam in the intended state of employment.
• Analytical thinking and ability to solve complex tax issues.
• Proficiency in corporate tax planning strategies.
• Strong project‑management capabilities for efficient tax compliance.
