Insurance Sales Agent – Pensacola, FL

About the role

This relationship‑driven sales position offers long‑term income potential through commissions and a $5,000 new‑agent ramp‑up incentive. You will build a client base, develop a pipeline, and receive training, tools, and support to succeed in the insurance and financial solutions market.

Key responsibilities

• Own the sale and ongoing service of ACG‑branded and brokered insurance, membership, and financial products.
• Conduct comprehensive insurance reviews, identify coverage gaps, and quote, bind, and issue policies in line with underwriting and regulatory guidelines.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with members and clients, ensuring high satisfaction and loyalty to the AAA brand.
• Engage in community and branch events to prospect, expand referral networks, and generate new business opportunities.
• Meet or exceed individual sales targets and incentive plan expectations.

Required profile

• Active State Property & Casualty Insurance Sales license (or obtain within 90 days).
• Active State Life and Health Insurance Sales license (or obtain within 90 days).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in custom insurance sales or related field.
