About the role

Kemper is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Insurance Agent Trainees in Morgan City, Louisiana. This full‑time field position offers paid training, licensing support, and the chance to build a career selling life insurance to modest‑income families.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct sales presentations, recommend appropriate life‑insurance products, and close new sales.
• Prospect for new business opportunities within an assigned territory.
• Maintain strong customer relationships by collecting premiums on a schedule you set.
• Handle service requests such as beneficiary changes, claims, and policy loans.
• Accurately record money collected, process paperwork, and keep client files up to date.
