About the role
The University of Wisconsin Stout maintains an ongoing pool of qualified instructors to meet program needs in Student Affairs Administration. Selected instructors will teach undergraduate and/or graduate courses under the supervision of the department chair, and may also advise students and contribute to departmental service.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver face‑to‑face, hybrid, and/or online instruction for assigned courses.
- Maintain current knowledge in the content area related to the teaching assignment.
- Evaluate student work, assess learning outcomes, and provide substantive feedback.
- Maintain appropriate records and hold regular office hours.
- Advise students and perform additional service duties as assigned by the chair or dean.
Required profile
- Legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire and throughout the employment term (no visa sponsorship).
- Ability to work under the general supervision of the department chair.
- Capability to teach in face‑to‑face, hybrid, or online formats.
