About the role

The Technical Instructor, Trades & Industry will lead the Electrical Lineman program at Coastal Pines Technical College, delivering high‑quality instruction to students pursuing careers in the utility sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver lesson plans, lectures, and hands‑on training for the Electrical Lineman curriculum.
• Assess student performance through exams, practical evaluations, and project work.
• Maintain classroom and field equipment, ensuring safety standards are met.
• Coordinate with accrediting bodies to ensure program compliance and credentialing requirements.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to students, fostering a professional learning environment.

• Credentialed faculty meeting all appropriate accrediting body requirements for the assigned course.
