About the role

The Institutional Services Assistant provides essential custodial support across the University of Arkansas Community College at Morrilton campus. Working under the Institutional Services Supervisor, the role ensures that all academic and administrative spaces remain clean, safe, and welcoming for students, faculty, and staff.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform routine cleaning of offices, classrooms, auditoriums, restrooms, and other assigned areas.
  • Empty trash receptacles, clean and refill paper dispensers, and restock supplies.
  • Follow departmental procedures and institutional policies for cleaning and safety.
  • Work assigned shifts, including occasional weekend coverage as needed.
  • Collaborate with campus faculty, staff, and students to support the college’s mission.

  • Ability to work under supervision and follow established cleaning protocols.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts and occasional weekends.
