About the role
The Institutional Services Assistant provides essential cleaning and maintenance support across campus facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors.
Key responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning of office buildings, classrooms, lecture halls, conference rooms, auditoriums, and resident halls.
- Maintain cleanliness in dining areas, common spaces, and other designated locations.
- Follow state and federal regulations and university policies while performing duties.
Required profile
- Ability to read and write; basic education or training sufficient for the role.
- Relevant job‑related experience or education may substitute for formal requirements.

What we offer
- Annual salary range of $22,000 – $23,000.
- Full‑time, regular position with on‑site work at the Monticello campus.
