Installation Manager – Residential Waterproofing

About the role

Erie Home is seeking an Installation Manager to lead the execution of residential basement waterproofing projects. You will ensure installations meet high quality standards, stay on budget, and exceed customer expectations while coordinating daily activities of install partners and crews.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full installation process from scheduling to final walkthrough.
• Manage on‑site labor force, ensuring safety compliance and project timelines.
• Confirm contract obligations and maintain transparent communication with homeowners.
• Control materials, labor, and expenses to keep costs in line without sacrificing quality.
• Ensure on‑time payments and follow‑ups, keeping jobs under 30 days.
• Enter and maintain accurate data in Salesforce on a daily basis.
• Manage the fleet of company trucks assigned to the office.

Required profile

• Proven leadership in installation, construction, or project management.
• 2+ years supervising on‑site construction personnel.
• Knowledge of basement waterproofing and foundations is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Ability to lift up to 65 lb.
• Typical work hours 8 AM–5 PM with flexibility during peak periods.

Required skills

• Salesforce (daily data entry and usage).
• Office 365 or similar CRM tools.
