Installation Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Installation Manager to lead the Closet America installation team in the Philadelphia area. The role combines field supervision, fleet coordination and schedule optimization to ensure projects are completed on time, on budget and to company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily installation crews, define scope, labor and material requirements for each job.
• Develop resource projections and align staffing with business demand.
• Collaborate with Customer Service to optimize job scheduling and meet revenue targets.
• Monitor job progress, generate reports on completion rates and first‑time‑right performance.
• Handle escalated customer issues and resolve on‑site problems.
• Assess installer performance, process payroll and calculate bonuses.
• Coordinate vehicle maintenance, repairs and daily roll‑out logistics.
• Conduct ride‑along audits and quality inspections.
• Support the Installation Process Manager with training and skill‑gap analysis.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of management experience and at least 2 years in closet or home‑improvement installation.
• Proven ability to meet goals, make decisions and influence team performance.
• Strong organizational and supervisory capabilities.
