Installation Helper – Home Renovation

About the role

The Install Helper works alongside the Lead Installer to deliver high‑quality home remodeling projects for Renuity customers. This onsite position involves setting up job sites, assisting with installations, and ensuring a clean, finished environment for homeowners.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Lead Installer in installing windows, doors, and other remodeling products following company standards.
• Prepare and set up job sites according to the Lead Installer’s guidelines.
• Perform cleanup tasks to maintain a tidy work area after each installation.
• Apply finish work as required for each construction application.
• Communicate with management post‑installation to confirm customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.
• Complete a carpentry checklist with the homeowner at project completion.
• Handle paperwork and collect final payment from the homeowner.

Required profile

• At least 6 months of experience in remodeling, carpentry, or construction.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Physical strength and stamina to work outdoors for extended periods and lift up to 75 lb.
• Own hand tools and ability to follow safety protocols.
