Inside Sales – Supplies (Entry-Level)

About the role

We are looking for an entry‑level Inside Sales professional to sell Pitney Bowes postage meters and related office, mailing and shipping consumable supplies. The role is fully remote within the Central or Eastern Time Zones and focuses on high‑volume outbound calling to existing business clients.

Key responsibilities

• Make 150‑200 outbound calls per day to promote and sell postage meter supplies.
• Overcome objections by highlighting product benefits, current promotions and Pitney Bowes value.
• Achieve monthly sales quotas and maintain an error rate below 6 % when recording transactions and creating invoices.
• Partner with internal teams to resolve client issues and escalations.
• Participate in at least one team development, mentorship, committee or volunteer activity each year.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated, goal‑driven and resilient in a high‑rejection environment.
• Comfortable multitasking with two phone systems for inbound and outbound calls.
• Strong verbal communication and ability to quickly build rapport with decision makers.
• Reliable attendance, punctuality and ability to meet productivity KPIs.

Required skills

• Inside sales techniques and high‑volume outbound calling.
• Objection handling and closing sales.
• Intermediate PC proficiency and ability to navigate complex software systems.
