Inside Sales Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an energetic Inside Sales Supervisor to lead a team of 10–15 representatives on the sales floor. You will spend your day coaching in real time, listening to calls, and creating a high‑energy environment where the team can thrive.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of 10–15 Inside Sales Representatives.
• Conduct one‑on‑one coaching sessions focused on performance and development.
• Listen to live and recorded calls to identify coaching opportunities.
• Facilitate role‑playing sessions to improve sales skills and closing techniques.
• Analyze team performance metrics, identify trends, and drive daily performance with Team Leads.
• Foster a positive, competitive, high‑energy sales culture and motivate the team to exceed goals.

Required profile

• Previous experience leading an inside sales or call‑center sales team.
• Proven success in inside sales with a strong understanding of the sales process.
• Passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing people.
• High‑energy leadership style with strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Results‑driven mindset focused on accountability and continuous improvement.
