Inside Sales Representative – Ticket Sales

About the role

The Los Angeles Dodgers are seeking motivated individuals to join our Inside Sales Program. As an Inside Sales Representative you will sell full‑season, partial‑season, group, suite and premium hospitality ticket packages for the 2027 season, while receiving comprehensive training and coaching.

Key responsibilities

• Generate revenue by selling a full menu of ticket and hospitality packages.
• Make a designated number of inbound and outbound calls to identify customer needs and set face‑to‑face appointments.
• Lead targeted sales campaigns following established touch‑point processes.
• Perform assigned event‑day duties, both day and night.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by sales leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Sports Management preferred.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal and time‑management abilities.
• Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills.
• Ability to handle high call volume and multitask efficiently.
• Willingness to work flexible hours to meet sales goals.
