Inside Sales Representative (Ticket Sales)

About the role

The Los Angeles Dodgers are looking for motivated Inside Sales Representatives to join the Ticket Sales and Services team. This part‑time, non‑union position focuses on selling full‑season, partial‑season, group, suite and premium hospitality packages for the 2027 season, offering comprehensive training and coaching to build a career in sports sales.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell a full menu of ticket and hospitality packages, including season tickets, group tickets, suites and premium experiences.
• Make a designated volume of inbound and outbound calls, identify customer needs, and set face‑to‑face sales appointments.
• Execute targeted sales campaigns by following established touchpoint processes.
• Attend assigned event day and night duties as required.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by sales leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, sports management or a related field is preferred.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet sales goals.

Required skills

• Effective verbal communication and persuasive selling techniques.
• Proficiency with standard office computer applications.
• Comfort with heavy phone activity and CRM usage.
