Inside Sales Representative – Outbound Lead Generation

About the role

Stimulus Technologies is building its first dedicated sales team and needs an energetic Inside Sales Representative to be the first voice prospects hear. You will generate qualified discovery calls for Account Executives by researching, reaching out, and nurturing leads across Nevada, California, and Missouri.

Key responsibilities

• Research and build targeted prospect lists using Apollo.io, Seamless.ai, and LinkedIn.
• Execute structured outbound sequences via phone, personalized email, and LinkedIn.
• Qualify prospects and book discovery calls, aiming for ten qualified meetings per week at full ramp.
• Schedule meetings directly into the AE calendar while on the call.
• Log all activities in the CRM daily, ensuring clean data.
• Collaborate with marketing on webinar follow‑ups, campaign leads, and inbound form fills.

Required profile

• 2+ years of outbound sales, SDR, inside sales, or appointment‑setting experience.
• Comfortable making cold calls and handling rejection constructively.
• Clear written communication that generates replies.
• Tech‑savvy, coachable, and eager to apply feedback immediately.

What we offer

• Base salary $45,000 per year.
• $50 bonus per qualified discovery call; OTE $61,000–$78,000.
