Inside Sales Representative

About the role

DelRicht Research is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to connect patients with clinical research trials. You will engage warm leads, schedule eligible participants, and help move innovative therapies toward FDA approval.

Key responsibilities

• Contact warm leads by phone and schedule patients for appropriate clinical trial opportunities.
• Prioritize patient accounts based on study goals and company objectives.
• Use scripts and CRM systems to document interactions and advance candidates through the scheduling process.
• Manage a high volume of outbound calls in a fast‑paced, goal‑driven environment.
• Learn study details, disease areas, and patient needs to conduct compassionate conversations.
• Collaborate with teammates, site managers, and leadership to solve problems and improve outcomes.
• Participate in coaching, observations, and one‑on‑one support during ramp‑up.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of professional experience in a customer‑facing role such as sales, call center, collections, or banking.
• People‑oriented, compassionate communication style.
• Willingness to share rotating Saturday coverage.
• Self‑motivated, energetic, positive, and resilient in repetitive or challenging call situations.
• Adaptable to a fast‑growing, changing environment.
