Inside Sales Representative II – Sports & Licensing

About the role

The Inside Sales Representative II supports YETI’s Sports & Licensing business, focusing on Green Grass and sport‑specific partners. You will act as the primary inside sales contact for golf courses and other licensed customers, delivering a high‑touch experience while partnering closely with field Sales Representatives.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main inside sales liaison for sports and licensing customers, handling inbound calls, emails, and order processing.
• Support Sales Representatives with day‑to‑day account needs, purchase order placement, and order status updates.
• Communicate YETI’s brand story to sports partners and manage backorder communication, offering alternative product solutions.
• Monitor weekly revenue blocks, credit limits, and case queues to ensure service‑level expectations are met.
• Maintain ownership of complex accounts, including those requiring EDI or specialized workflows.
• Provide backup during Sales Rep escalations or absences and act as a subject‑matter expert for product launches and sports‑specific programs.
