Inside Sales Representative – Booking Coordinator (Remote LatAm)

About the role

We are looking for a remote Inside Sales Representative who will act as the first point of contact for customers of Clean Vibes Only, a premium residential carpet, upholstery and mattress cleaning service. You will receive pre‑paid leads and turn them into booked in‑home estimates.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and messages promptly during scheduled hours.
• Qualify prospects, explain services and secure free in‑person estimate appointments.
• Follow up on each lead until it is booked or closed.
• Reach out to past customers for repeat business.
• Maintain accurate records in the company system; confirmations and invoicing are automated.

Required profile

• Advanced English proficiency and comfortable speaking Spanish when needed.
• Proven experience in phone‑based customer service or sales.
• Strong organizational skills, reliability and attention to detail.
• Quiet remote workspace with a computer, headset and reliable internet.

What we offer

• Hourly pay of $5–7 USD based on experience.
• Performance bonus starting month two, potentially adding several hundred dollars per month.
• Full‑time schedule (40 hours/week) with set working hours aligned to US Pacific time.
