About the role
The Junior Sales Assistant position supports senior sales staff by handling product orders, quotations, and customer follow‑up. It requires learning the company’s product line and quoting system while interacting with builders, contractors, homeowners and architects.
Key responsibilities
- Administer, verify and submit accurate product orders using the Quoting Management system (PQM) and Salesforce.
- Prepare activity reports for management and ensure contracts/proposals match customer requirements.
- Assist senior sales assistants with lead follow‑up, order changes, and documentation of customer communications.
- Analyze office operations, conduct periodic audits and promote continuous improvement.
- Manage recovery processes for shortages or damaged products and coordinate service appointments.
- Handle architectural service requests, sample deliveries, and occasional showroom coverage.
