Inside Sales Manager – Lead Chicago Team

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Manager to lead our new Chicago office. You will combine hands‑on selling with team leadership, driving revenue while fostering a high‑performance sales culture.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strong, consistent leadership as the primary authority figure in the Chicago office.
• Motivate, coach, and develop a team of inside sales executives to achieve and exceed targets.
• Build a positive, accountable sales culture and maintain professional standards.
• Support onboarding, training, and continuous development of new hires.
• Monitor performance metrics, deliver feedback, and implement improvement plans.
• Collaborate with senior management to execute sales strategies and initiatives.
• Participate in virtual training and meetings with the UK head office.

Required profile

• Proven sales background with a strong record of meeting targets.
• Previous experience managing or leading a sales team.
• Authoritative presence with the ability to command respect.
