About the role

The 2027 Innovative Medicine Commercial Leadership Development Program (CLDP) Summer Internship offers high‑performing MBA students a chance to apply business training to real‑world commercial challenges in healthcare. Interns will work closely with commercial leaders and cross‑functional partners to influence strategy and drive innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver insights and recommendations on complex business issues, collaborating with commercial leaders and matrix partners.
• Support product launch activities for North America, including customer‑facing initiatives and market feedback loops.
• Develop market access strategies within the Strategic Customer Group to create value for J&J’s portfolio.
• Contribute to patient engagement solutions that enhance fulfillment and adherence experiences.

Required profile

• Enrolled in an accredited MBA program with graduation planned by June 2028.
• U.S. work authorization without future sponsorship needs.
• Minimum of 4 years of professional or military experience (5 years preferred).
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication abilities.

Required skills

• Experience with AI tools and concepts, including translating business processes into AI opportunities.
• Proven ability to work in a matrixed environment and manage projects across functions.

What we offer
