Innovation Trainer and Coach

About the role

We are looking for an Innovation Trainer and Coach to join Westinghouse’s Innovation Culture team. Working remotely from anywhere in the United States, you will help embed a strong innovation mindset across the company by delivering training, facilitating workshops and supporting project teams.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging on‑site and virtual training on Design Thinking, Value Proposition Design and Business Model Canvas.
• Design and facilitate workshops that help teams develop value propositions, business models, storytelling and pitch materials.
• Act as the U.S. Innovation Culture Ambassador, representing the team across AI&I and other departments.
• Promote innovation events, programs and change‑management initiatives throughout the organization.
• Support the creation of innovation learning experiences and contribute to program development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or engineering.
• At least three years of experience delivering training and facilitating innovation workshops.
• Proven ability to guide project teams in developing early‑stage concepts, value propositions and business models.
• Strong presentation confidence and ability to lead discussions.
