Innovation Trainer and Coach

About the role

The Innovation Trainer and Coach will act as the U.S. Innovation Culture Ambassador, fostering a mindset of creativity and continuous improvement across the organization. You will deliver engaging training, facilitate workshops, and support project teams in turning ideas into customer‑focused solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and support an innovation mindset as the U.S. Innovation Culture Ambassador.
• Deliver training on Design Thinking, Value Proposition Canvas, Business Model Canvas and related methods.
• Facilitate workshops for value‑proposition development, business modeling, storytelling and pitch preparation.
• Represent the Innovation Culture team in U.S. departments and increase visibility of innovation initiatives.
• Promote innovation events, programs and change‑management activities.
• Support and contribute to the development of innovation programs and learning experiences.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in training and innovation.
• Proven ability to deliver engaging training sessions and facilitate workshops both onsite and online.
• Confidence presenting and guiding discussions with project teams.
