Innovation Consultant

About the role

Disruptive Edge is seeking an Innovation Consultant to join its global team of consultants, analysts, engineers, and designers. You will work on high‑impact projects that help large enterprises design, test, and launch new growth concepts.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discrete workstreams within broader innovation or transformation engagements.
• Structure and drive research, analysis, stakeholder engagement, and deliverable creation with minimal oversight.
• Translate business problems into solution hypotheses and rapidly prototype or test them using appropriate frameworks.
• Help clients de‑risk and validate new ventures, platforms, or strategies through agile experimentation.
• Manage and grow client relationships while mentoring analysts.
• Contribute to Disruptive Edge’s internal intellectual property, playbooks, and culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Policy, Computer Science or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in consulting, product strategy, corporate innovation, venture building, or a similar discipline.
• Proven ability to deliver client‑ready outputs (decks, models, memos) in fast‑paced environments.
• Strong experience conducting primary and secondary research, stakeholder interviews, and synthesising insights.
