Information Technology Support Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an Information Technology Support Specialist to own day‑to‑day IT support for our remote‑first team across multiple time zones. You will ensure employees have the right tools, access, and equipment from day one and keep our SaaS stack running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Provide daily IT support for a distributed team, handling Mac and Windows users remotely.
• Manage access, accounts, and permissions across Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, and internal tools.
• Set up and maintain endpoints, troubleshoot issues, and reduce wait times.
• Onboard new employees with the appropriate tools, access, and equipment.
• Identify recurring problems and implement root‑cause fixes.

Required profile

• 2+ years of IT support experience in a tech company or startup.
• Comfortable supporting both Mac and Windows environments remotely.
• Experience managing SaaS tools, user provisioning, and access control.
• Fast response times and clear communication.
• Proactive documentation of solutions.
