Information Security Manager (ISM)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Information Security Manager to lead and continuously improve our global information security program. Based in the United States, you will protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our information assets across more than 200 offices worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain security policies, standards and procedures.
• Manage the Information Security Management System (ISMS) and drive continuous improvement.
• Conduct risk assessments, maintain the risk register and oversee remediation.
• Lead compliance initiatives for ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST, GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS and other frameworks.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and support customer security assessments.
• Oversee vulnerability management, incident response and security monitoring.
• Support business continuity and disaster recovery programs.
• Manage third‑party security and vendor risk assessments.
• Develop and deliver security awareness and training programs.
• Provide metrics, risk reporting and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, IT or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in information security or IT risk management, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience managing security programs in multinational organizations.
• Strong communication, leadership and stakeholder‑management abilities.
