Influencer Marketing Manager

About the role

The Influencer Marketing Manager will shape and execute Rare Beauty’s paid influencer strategy, driving brand awareness, supporting product launches, and growing social media share of voice through strategic collaborations and ongoing influencer programs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated influencer marketing plans across paid, earned, product seeding, mailers, events, and long‑term partnerships.
• Manage end‑to‑end influencer campaigns, including talent sourcing, outreach, negotiation, briefing, contracting, content approvals, and performance reporting.
• Identify, vet, and secure creators across macro‑ to micro‑tiers that align with brand values and campaign goals.
• Maintain strong, long‑term relationships with creators and their representatives to maximize partnership impact.
• Analyze program performance using platforms such as Tribe and CreatorIQ and provide data‑driven recommendations.
• Co‑lead influencer mailer and seeding strategy from ideation through execution, collaborating with PR, brand, creative, and quality teams.
• Oversee product forecasting and inventory management for influencer initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing influencer marketing programs for consumer brands.
• Strong understanding of social media analytics, emerging influencer trends, and performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with influencer marketing platforms such as Tribe.
• Experience using CreatorIQ for talent management and analytics.
