Influencer & Creator Partnerships Manager

About the role

Ideal Living is seeking an Influencer & Creator Partnerships Manager to expand its affiliate, influencer and creator programs for the AirDoctor and AquaTru brands. Reporting to the Senior Social Commerce Manager, you will recruit, onboard, activate and support partners who drive customer acquisition, brand awareness and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, recruit and onboard new affiliates, creators, influencers and brand advocates across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest and emerging platforms.
• Maintain a consistent pipeline of prospective partners and conduct outreach via affiliate networks, creator platforms, social media, events and referrals.
• Evaluate potential partners based on audience fit, engagement, content quality and revenue potential.
• Own the end‑to‑end onboarding experience, training partners on products, brand messaging, commission structures and promotional opportunities.
• Coordinate product seeding, welcome kits and activation resources to ensure partners can launch campaigns quickly.
• Monitor partner performance, optimize campaigns and report on revenue contribution and key metrics.
• Collaborate with internal marketing, product and sales teams to align partnership initiatives with product launches, promotions and seasonal campaigns.

Required profile

• Strong communicator who enjoys building and nurturing relationships.
• Highly organized, results‑oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Passion for influencer, affiliate and social commerce ecosystems.
• Experience recruiting or managing creators, affiliates or influencers in a B2C environment.

Required skills

• Knowledge of major social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest).
• Familiarity with affiliate networks and creator partnership platforms.
