Infield Housekeeper (Part-time)

About the role
The Infield Housekeeper ensures that vacant apartment homes, leasing offices, and shared amenities are clean, well‑presented, and ready for prospective residents. This part‑time position supports Greystar’s property appeal during the lease‑up phase.
Key responsibilities
- Clean the leasing office, clubhouse, common‑area restrooms, model units, amenities, and vacant apartments daily or as directed.
- Refresh vacant and show units throughout the day to keep them market‑ready.
- Assist the Service Manager, Community Manager, and Assistant Manager with make‑ready tasks as needed.
- Report any hazards or potentially dangerous situations to the appropriate supervisor.
Required profile
- Available to work Monday‑Friday on an ongoing part‑time schedule.
- Ability to perform physical cleaning tasks and follow supervisor instructions.
