Industrial Maintenance Instructor

About the role

The Economic Development division of Chattahoochee Technical College is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Instructor to deliver non‑credit, hands‑on training for industrial maintenance technicians. This full‑time, 12‑month position supports community businesses and local industry while offering a robust benefits package.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver practical training modules for industrial maintenance technicians.
• Evaluate student learning, establish testing criteria, and record progress in compliance with accreditation standards.
• Prepare and submit regular student performance reports and analyze data for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with faculty, economic‑development leadership, and local companies to align curriculum with industry needs.
• Assist in promoting existing programs and developing new short‑ and long‑term courses.

Required profile

• Associate’s degree in Industrial Maintenance or a related field.
• Minimum two years of industry experience in industrial maintenance.
• Ability to work on‑site at the North Metro Campus and maintain confidentiality of student records.
