Industrial Engineering Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Engineering Project Manager to lead multiple client engagements, drive productivity improvements, and deliver engineered labor standards. This fully remote position requires frequent travel (approximately 60% weekly) and a residence near a major U.S. airport.

Key responsibilities

• Own integrated workplans, milestones, and resources across several projects, providing daily leadership to delivery teams.
• Manage end‑to‑end client engagements, translating statements of work into deliverables, and overseeing scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Conduct industrial engineering analyses such as time‑and‑motion studies, work measurement, cost‑benefit analysis, and process re‑engineering.
• Lead operational assessments, synthesize findings, and develop prioritized improvement plans.
• Design and roll out engineered labor/time standards while applying Lean continuous‑improvement tools (5 Whys, Pareto).
• Drive productivity initiatives, track measurable impacts, and redesign operating models and business processes.
• Support account management by identifying follow‑on opportunities and preparing proposals.
• Facilitate cross‑functional workshops and ensure all deliverables are client‑ready.

Required profile

• Must reside near a major U.S. airport and be able to travel up to 60% of the time.
• U.S. citizen or Green Card holder (valid ID for U.S. air travel required).
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage self‑time effectively.
• Experience leading multi‑disciplinary project teams and delivering executive‑level communications.
