Industrial Engineering Analytics Engineer – Manufacturing Systems & Modeling

About the role

We are seeking an Industrial Engineering Analytics Engineer to lead manufacturing systems modeling and analytics. The role focuses on building end‑to‑end capacity, labor, and cost models to drive operational excellence for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain capacity models (OEE, cycle time, bottleneck analysis).
• Construct labor and cost models including COGS, LOH, ROI/NPV/IRR calculations.
• Perform manufacturing analytics and process optimization using simulation tools such as FlexSim, AnyLogic, or Simio.
• Analyze data with advanced Excel, SQL, Python and visualize insights via Power BI or Tableau.
• Design PFEP and material flow models, conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses, and produce forecasts.
• Integrate shop‑floor data, MES, and analytics platforms to support decision‑making.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in industrial engineering analytics or manufacturing modeling.
• Proven track record building complete IE models covering capacity, labor, and cost.
• Strong exposure to factory operations, throughput optimization, and financial business case development.
• Hands‑on experience linking shop‑floor data with analytics systems.
