Industrial Engineer – Manufacturing & Logistics

About the role

Bosch is seeking an Industrial Engineer to drive work system design, time data management, and continuous improvement across its manufacturing and logistics value stream. You will apply lean principles, ergonomics, and productivity tools to support cost reduction and efficient production ramp‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and improve work system designs and time data across the entire value stream.
• Introduce new industrial engineering methods and tools for smooth production ramp‑up.
• Maintain and optimize plant layout using flow‑oriented concepts, BPS principles, and Lean Line design.
• Provide investment planning input by analyzing production, demand, and capacity data.
• Ensure ergonomic workplace design using MAE, ErgoCheck, and MTM methodologies.
• Develop and update standardized work, standard times, setup and changeover times in SAP (CAPP).
• Plan workplace leveling and monitor productivity KPIs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial or mechanical engineering.
• 3+ years of industrial experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Technical detail‑orientation and ability to work in a fast‑paced setting.
