Indirect Procurement Manager

About the role

Quest Search & Selection is seeking an Indirect Procurement Manager to lead strategic sourcing across indirect spend categories. The role blends procurement expertise with digital intelligence, using data and AI to drive commercial value while building strong relationships with internal teams, suppliers and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of regional procurement strategies for IT hardware, software, licences and professional services.
• Identify, evaluate and onboard suppliers, ensuring compliance with commercial and operational standards.
• Utilise AI‑enabled procurement tools, spend analytics and market intelligence to inform sourcing decisions.
• Build and manage supplier relationships, monitor performance and provide insights to Category Management and Global Buying teams.
• Partner with Business Development, Customer Success, Legal, Finance and Product teams to deliver procurement solutions that meet business and customer requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement of procurement processes, supplier governance and sourcing frameworks.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in sourcing and procurement with a solid understanding of end‑to‑end S2P processes.
• Proven ability to operate at a manager or lead level, influencing senior stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.
• Experience in a variety of sectors such as consultancy, pharma, manufacturing, healthcare or consumer goods is welcomed.
• Strong analytical mindset with a fluency in AI‑driven data insights.
• Excellent communication skills and willingness to travel when required.
