Independent 1099 Sales Rep – Storm Restoration

About the role

Premier Roofing, a national storm‑restoration company, is seeking motivated independent sales representatives to work on a 1099 basis. You will meet homeowners in storm‑affected neighborhoods, assess damage, and guide them through the insurance claim and restoration process.

Key responsibilities

• Canvass storm‑impacted areas to identify property damage and introduce Premier’s services.
• Meet with homeowners, conduct inspections, and build trust to secure follow‑up conversations.
• Educate homeowners on repair options and support them through the insurance claim process.
• Schedule inspections and coordinate with the production team from start to project completion.
• Participate in weekly training and ongoing skill‑development sessions.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Self‑motivated, accountable, and able to manage a flexible schedule.
• Comfortable working in the field during evenings and weekends as needed.
