Inbound Sales Representative – Remote

About the role
Liberty Mutual is hiring inbound sales representatives to work remotely from Minnesota or Louisiana. In this entry‑level position you will receive paid licensing and comprehensive training to sell insurance products to warm leads.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and respond to warm leads generated by the company.
- Assess customers’ insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
- Convert qualified prospects into policyholders while maintaining accurate records.
- Provide ongoing support and answer policy‑related questions.
Required profile
- Strong communication and persuasive abilities.
- Positive, flexible, and self‑motivated attitude.
- Ability to work independently from a home office.
- Residency in Minnesota or Louisiana.
